Don't just take my word for it!

It was my first time using a VA and I don’t regret it! She came at a time when I knew I was getting inundated with workload which was starting to take its toll on the growth of my business. Chantell supported me and my business for just over a year as I grew my business further, steered my focus towards the higher priority matters, and focused on building customer relationships. She is honestly an absolute pleasure to work with. What impressed me the most was her integrity. Chantell is one of the most honest, reliable and trustworthy people I have worked with and was a true asset to our business. Above all she is a joyful person which I have come to realise over the years is such an important characteristic Immediately after Chantell joined my team I felt a noticeable increase in my productivity, due to the reduction of tasks and distractions that overwhelmed me on a daily basis. She was very influential with not only my team, but my suppliers and stakeholders too. She has brilliant negotiating skills and on numerous occasions helped save the business a lot of unnecessary spend. Her organisational skills are second to none and her ability and determination to organise me, as well as my team, was super helpful. I thought I was organised until I started working with her. Chantell is a very focused and professional VA but is also kind, considerate and very personable. She manages to get things done. And with humour and great interpersonal skills, she’s brilliant at getting people to do what they need to do! Chantell is trustworthy to get things done and done well! I often threw a lot at her at any one time and I felt confident she would do what was needed, without me having to micro-manage, and she’d effectively reach, and often beat any deadlines. She is super dedicated to providing the best service for her clients even if that means working late or over weekends. Her time management skills and attention to detail are amazing and I was frequently impressed with how she always managed to turn tasks around so quickly, even with limited information and detail. It’s like she was in my head. She introduced me to different and more efficient ways of working which even I was not overly open to at the start, being overly reliant on Microsoft word (which admittedly I am using now) but she very quickly showed me how things could be made easier, and my time more effectively spent. As a person to work with, she is very down to earth, open to suggestions (as she made me become more open to), she is communicative and overall, is fun, friendly and approachable. I plan to work with Chantell again with my new upcoming ventures. In the meantime, I highly recommend her, she is a beast at what she does! (Google Reviews)
